Simms House – Letter to the WCA from the Madisons

In December, 2005 the Waterford Citizens' Association received the follwing correspondence from Milari Madison, the Simms' house current owner. The letter accuses the WCA of tortious interferece, slander and defamation by blatantly making false statements and accusations.
